Rue Now: What trend are you loving most this year?
Santa Claus: Velvet – I’ve been rocking it for decades.
RN: What’s this year’s number-one gift request?
SC: A one-way ticket to Canada… just kidding! It’s Valentino Rockstud anything.
RN: What are you asking for?
SC: Beard oil. I already put the bug in Mrs. Claus’s ear.
RN: What do you look for in a black boot?
SC: Comfort and a good grip on the soles. Blisters would be bad news for 24-hour world travel.
RN: Best way to prevent chapped lips on your sleigh ride?
SC: L’OCCITANE lip balm. If it works in the arctic cold, it will work anywhere.
RN: Favorite part of Christmas?
SC: The joy, the lights, everything! Oh, and the music.
RN: Speaking of, what’s the one Christmas carol you can’t stop singing?
SC: Easy. Michael Bublé’s rendition of “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.”
RN: What’s your Christmas Eve drink of choice?
SC: Mrs. Claus just pinned this Cranberry Moscow Mule recipe. It might be the winner.
RN: What do you never leave the North Pole without?
SC: My GPS.
RN: Favorite city in the world?
SC: Would you believe me if I said the North Pole?
RN: What are your post-Christmas plans?
SC: Mexico. The missus and I are trading snow for sand.
