The Most Genius Way to Serve a Mimosa

Orange juice and champagne before noon? We didn’t think it could get much better – but that was before this super-simple hack. Next time you host brunch, try freezing orange juice the night before for a clever way to keep your mimosa cold (without watering it down). Here’s how it’s done.

MIMOSA ICE CUBES

Ingredients

1 gallon orange juice
1 – 2 ice cube trays (depending on number of mimosas)
1 bottle Prosecco, champagne, or sparkling cider
1 orange for garnish

Directions

1. Pour orange juice into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
2. Before serving, pop a few cubes (we used four) into a glass.
3. Pour Prosecco, champagne, or sparkling cider over the OJ cubes.
4. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy.
