When we spotted this apple tart recipe, we knew we had to share. For indecisive eaters (we’ve all been there), there’s no longer a need to choose between sweet and salty dessert. Just have both by making the recipe below.
BROWN SUGAR APPLE TART
Ingredients
1 puff pastry sheet
2 to 3 apples, cored and sliced thin
1 cup brown sugar
Salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and allow your puff pastry to thaw (about 20 minutes).
2. Place the puff pastry on a sheet pan. Pro tip: Use parchment paper for easy tart removal later.
3. Line the apple slices along the inside of the puff pastry.
4. Sprinkle brown sugar over the apples.
5. Salt the tart, pop in the oven, and bake for 20 minutes.
