GIVING A GIFT?
Simply write the order number (found in your order history) onto a Rue gift receipt. Include it when giving your gift, and give with confidence. If the recipient needs to return it for any reason, they can exchange it for Rue Credit.
RECEIVING A GIFT?
To arrange a free return, write your order number onto a Rue gift receipt. Don’t know your order number? Just locate your tracking number on the shipping label.
With that information, contact your Rue La La Gift Concierge at 1-855-783-8585 or giftreturns@ruelala.com to exchange for Rue Credit.
