In Honor of Women’s Month: A Look at Clare Waight Keller

bbb_band.jpg

After designing the wedding dress for the Duchess of Sussex, Clare Waight Keller was on everybody’s (and we mean everybody’s) radar. She rose to the top after working for Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, and Gucci before making the move to Paris, where she began art directing for Chloé. She then took over for Riccardo Tisci as artistic director at Givenchy (making her the first woman to ever hold this position, we might add). This past year, she received the British Fashion Award for Designer of the Year.

Talk about an overachiever, right? For all the reasons listed above (and so many more), Clare Waight Keller is one of the many women we look up to in the industry. In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re spotlighting her and her signature style. Read on to find out how you can get her polished look.

Get her British-meets-French style by opting for tailored classics with an edgy twist. Try pieces with oversized details – like a big tie-front neck or extra-large buttons – to give your look an unexpected touch. Finish with layered bangles and minimalist makeup for an effortless look.
