Well, Well, Well: Do Nashville the Westin Way

Dreaming of an autumn escape? Us too. And at the word “Nashville,” we couldn’t help but bite. As of this October, we can look forward to the brand-new Westin Nashville bringing the signature Westin spin to this city. We’re talking spa services, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, and green smoothies to balance out all that late-night barbecue. This fall, we’re planning to tackle Nashville the Westin way (and do it really well). Here’s how.

Move Well

Sure, vacation is an excuse to slack. But with one look at this hotel’s fitness studio, we’ll be motivated to lace up and shake off that jet lag, ASAP. And say we “forgot” our sneakers at home? No sweat – the Gear Lending program at Westin will deliver fresh New Balance kicks and workout clothes to our door. Then we’ll be set to cue up a country playlist and (literally) run this town.

Eat Well

After crushing that workout, we’re not reaching for the barbecue quite yet. First, we’ll refuel with the SuperFoodRx™ menu. It’s nutrient-rich, packed with vitamins, and guaranteed to have us feeling like country stars (even while honky-tonking like newbies).

Feel Well

Our favorite part of vacation? That moment when we get to really check out. Think: a hot-stone massage and a mani/pedi at the resort-style spa or even an in-room spa therapy – because let’s face it, sometimes the most luxurious thing entails not leaving the room.

Sleep Well

Despite Nashville’s (very) tempting nightlife, bedtime at Westin has never looked better. Plush pillows. Supersoft sheets. After slipping into that award-winning Westin Heavenly® Bed, we’ll be back to our best selves in 40 winks or less. No judgment if we end up snoozing well before midnight, right?

Play Well

There’s a good chance we won’t be ready to part with Music City come Sunday. So we’ll stay put and give vacation one last encore. Since Westin doesn’t like to cut the weekend short either, we can sleep in and still make the extended breakfast. Check out late, and continue to explore. We’re all for making Monday feel light-years away.
