A Bit of a Bare Chest Was a Street Style Hit Milan Fashion Week Men’s

Unbutton some of your shirt, or all of it.

We’re onto the last leg of men’s fashion month, and it seems like the street style crowd gets a little more daring with each city. Milan Fashion Week Men’s came to an end on Monday, and a bit of bare chest was a sartorial hit among showgoers. We noticed this menswear trend in the thick of a New York City heatwave back in July 2018, so we’re not surprised that fashion people are cycling through this look again.

What makes this particular style choice different is the shirt choice and the actual amount of man cleavage. A statement shirt is a must, whether it’s a garish-but-good print or a summer-friendly color. Then, you have the choice to unbutton some of said shirt, or all of it if you dare. We noticed a number of bare-chested guys undoing at least half of their shirts. Finally, you can accessorize, like stacking some chain necklaces or throwing on a tied scarf.

See our favorite street style looks from Milan Fashion Week Men’s in the gallery below, and stay tuned for more street style coverage from the men’s shows in Paris, along with couture coming soon, as well.
