The City: Paris
How It’s Celebrating: The Eiffel Tower is France’s most iconic landmark. So it’s only fitting that all six Renaissance Hotels locations in Paris are partying in the tower’s exclusive private event space. Guests and locals will take in panoramic views of the City of Light while listening to internationally renowned French house DJ Feder – 187 feet in the air. If that isn’t exciting enough, Parisian makeup artist Jabe will be decorating everyone with light-reflective glitter and fluorescent makeup. So. Cool.
The City: Beijing
How It’s Celebrating: The best way to experience China? With a full East Asian experience, of course. Guests and locals will visit the Lao She Tea House, where they’ll enjoy a Beijing craft show and Peking opera in honor of its playwright namesake. Following the performance, the hotel will throw a Peking opera–themed after-party, complete with interactive dress-up and makeup events.
The City: Phuket
How It’s Celebrating: Naturally, Thailand is throwing the most intriguing and unusual bash of them all with a tropical excursion. Guests and locals will enjoy live music and cocktails crafted with local spirits… all while floating in the middle of the ocean. Then, unexpectedly, the captain will anchor at the nearest hidden-gem island, where a secret (yet undeniably memorable) experience will unfold.
