Rule #1: When casual Sunday calls, mix in street style–inspired menswear.
J.Law uses boyfriend-inspired elements, like a sharp blazer, to elevate relaxed bottoms. Take her cue, and keep the color palette neutral. Opt for loose-fitting pants to complement the tailored top, and accessorize with an edgy shoulder bag, retro round shades, and functional footwear (like wedges or loafers).

Rule #2: When keeping up appearances, it’s all about the LPD (that’s the Little Printed Dress).
Instead of a traditional LBD, this actress offsets a ladylike dress with an abstract print. Get her feminine look by sticking to simple accessories and dainty jewels, sultry ankle-strap stilettos, and a box clutch. Cat-eye shades add a dose of chic – and are so necessary for camera flashes, whether from the paparazzi or your LuMee Light.

Rule #3: When it comes to the red carpet, go classic glam or go home.
For formal occasions, she tends to go all out, opting for beautifully constructed ball gowns that even manage to look graceful during onstage stumbles. Have a black-tie wedding in the pipeline? Follow her lead, and let your dress do all the talking. Keep jewels dainty, accessories neutral, and hair pulled back.
