Was there really any other choice? First, there were the Wes Anderson–inspired collections. Then, there was the title of most digitally savvy, due in no small part to psychedelic ad campaigns. Oh, and did we mention Alessandro Michele’s wild success as the brand’s creative lead? Even Blue Ivy got in on the action, rocking bespoke Gucci on several occasions this year (we’re officially jealous).
